Embark doesn’t control their own uncaused IP address bans

My account is not banned, but I can't play the game neither on my Xbox console or PC. I've tried switching IP address via my ISP, it didn't help. The support confirmed they can't do anything with it, they just randomly banned my IP address.

VPN works, but it makes the ping unbearable, and this is not the way the game should work. Switching DNS to public also didn't help, I tried Google and Cloudflare ones
