Turned my old HP laptop into a homelab just to block ads 😂

I had this really old laptop sitting around so I decided to turn it into a little homelab. I had basically zero experience with all of this so it was just me Claude and a lot of trial and error.

Installed Proxmox → AdGuard Home.
The original goal was honestly just blocking gambling ads and annoying pop-ups

Now it handles DNS for our whole home network, giving us a much more cleaner browsing, fewer ads, better control over what gets accessed and a bit more privacy/security across our devices.

Sa mga may EXTRA😅 time diyan if may nakatambak kayong lumang laptop do yourself a favor and set this up.
