Unable to connect my DigiPlat domain to Vercel — domain linked to another Vercel account

Hi everyone,

I got the domain sainihimank.qd.je from DigiPlat and I’m trying to connect it to an existing project that is already deployed on Vercel.

When I add the domain in Vercel, I get this error:

I added the TXT record (and the CNAME record provided by Vercel) in DigiPlat’s DNS management panel, but Vercel is still showing the same error.

Has anyone successfully connected a DigiPlat domain/subdomain to Vercel? Is there something specific I need to configure in DigiPlat’s DNS settings, or does DigiPlat need to release/unlink the domain from another Vercel account first?
