Selling my cold email infrastructure — 20 domains + 40 warmed Google Workspace inboxes

I built a cold email infrastructure for a B2B project I was planning to launch, but I've changed the acquisition strategy before actually using it, so I'm considering selling the whole setup instead of letting it sit unused.

The setup includes:

• 20 domains
• 40 Google Workspace inboxes (2 per domain)
• Around 45 days of warm-up through Apollo
• SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX and DNS fully configured
• All domains and inboxes were set up by me from scratch
• The inboxes have never been used for actual outbound campaigns, only warm-up
• A short SOP explaining the technical setup and how to replicate the system

I'm selling the complete infrastructure as one package, not individual inboxes.

The buyer would take over the domains and Google Workspace setup and would be responsible for the recurring domain/Workspace costs after the transfer. Sender names, billing details and other account information can be changed during the handover.

I can provide proof of the setup, warm-up history and configuration privately to serious buyers.

I'm mainly interested in seeing what the setup is worth to someone who can put it to use immediately, so I'm open to reasonable offers for the whole package.
