**RegenExcalibur is actively looking for paid freelance, contract, research, technical, creative, operational, and project work.**

I’m Justice Gray Maciocha, founder/operator of RegenExcalibur and **1JGM — Blueprint-to-Bot Systems Operator**, based in Alberta, Canada. RegenExcalibur is a clean-tech and AI-oriented systems venture, and I’m opening its capabilities to clients who need difficult work researched, structured, documented, prototyped, coordinated, tested, or made easier through modern AI and software.

The central service is broader than one occupation: **give me a legitimate problem, objective, workflow, research question, technical bottleneck, documentation burden, design challenge, or multidisciplinary project, and I can determine how AI, research methods, software, automation, structured workflows, and human review can be coordinated to attack it efficiently.**

RegenExcalibur is looking for **real paid problems to solve**: freelance assignments, contract work, research projects, technical documentation, AI operations, automation discovery, prototype coordination, construction-tech support, data/QA work, product research, founder support, interdisciplinary projects, and unusual problems where a strong research-and-systems approach can create value.

Remote and asynchronous work is ideal. I currently work daytime construction shifts, so I am especially interested in deliverable-based projects that can be completed evenings/weekends rather than requiring continuous daytime presence.

## RATES / ENGAGEMENT

• US$20/hr starting point for structured research, data cleanup, listing/URL QA, and administrative information work.

• US$25–35+/hr for technical documentation, AI QA, workflow/automation specifications, project operations, construction-tech, research-intensive, and multidisciplinary technical work depending on complexity.

• Fixed-price milestones welcome.

• Small **paid** trial projects welcome when scope, acceptance criteria, deadline, and payment are clear.

I use AI aggressively as a productivity and research multiplier where the client/platform permits it, but I personally review the deliverable and remain transparent about AI assistance. I will not secretly violate a client’s no-AI policy.
