Regarding sims esm dns sponsorship

my physics and maths combined percentage is 54.5% but I think in eligibility for sims

It is written minimum 60 percent physics and maths combined

Although my pcm is 61 percent and imucet rank 8779

So I just want to know is sims flexible in physics and maths combined percentage ?

Should I apply for it with this

Bcz it's registration fees is high so

I don't want to take risk

Please help if any cadet , staff , faculty is seeing it

or anyone
