I build GTM data infrastructure and spent the last few months on this one: an ICP-defined TAM engine for a Fortune 5 client. Video is the actual schematic, every module, every gate, every QC checkpoint as it runs today.
The short version of what's in it:
Twenty paid providers for sourcing, tech signal, rosters and contact data, each wired as a swappable step rather than a dependency. Eleven public sources that cost nothing: OSHA 300A filings, DOL Form 5500s, EPA ECHO and TRI, the FMCSA carrier census, FDIC, NCUA, state business registries where officers are named by law, company team pages read directly, certificate transparency logs, DNS. We also bought a Book of Lists export and ran it as a discovery seed.
Revenue is the part nobody agrees on. There's near-zero consistency between providers, even reputable ones, so every account gets a union across providers plus a confidence tier, and proxies where nothing lines up.
QA is most of the actual work: suppression against every client list, in-run and cross-batch dedupe, one email can't land on two accounts, every email's domain has to match the company it claims, foreign HQ quarantine, preflight balance checks before any credit is spent.
Whole thing runs as commands, which means it's diffable, version controlled and an agent can drive it. Nothing in it is client-specific except the suppression lists and the ICP definition, so pointing it at a new region is a config change.
Happy to go deep on any part of it, feedback welcome!
