I'm a mover, I think I can share more details now because I'm legally protected. I worked multiple gig work platforms including Thumbtack, Moving Help, Yelp Business, Face Business Profile, Google Business Profile with full verification. All gig work platforms do not invest in nor do they do any networking, coaching and I mean telling you how to make the most money for investment. They don't talk to you about ROI, a D-U-N-S Number, what Dun and Bradstreet even IS. They make you an independent contractor which is fine and can be advantageous in some cases, but they don't help you with SEO, or CRM. I assume you all know what that is. Anyways, I thought because Joe Shoen the CEO of U-Haul, owning so much capital, having such a market cap, assets, insurance company (Oxford), having the Moving Help Division, having already setup the U-Haul University for teaching and vetting me, and the other "labor only service providers" on their "marketplace". I get their business model is connecting truck rental customers with the labor and allowing it to be wild wild West ecosystem by design it's a downward spiraling rate structure because obviously the cheaper you are the more work you're going to get but the quality and size of the job also matches your lower rates. You do attract a different kind of customers. Not "less valuable people" just "less valuable business relationships". I got a military job (off Moving Help, through my well designed and always current Google Business Profile), I've learned how the people that maximize the "cost per conversion action" service providers like Google Ads, Meta Certification is important you want to build trust, I learned what a D-U-N-S Number is who Duns & Bradstreet is. The difference between an "Organization or Company", and an "Individual" account when creating a Google Play Console Developer Account. It really matters. And this "15% of the first million you make on Play Program" what's this all about I need to talk to someone who really knows their 💩 ok. Please. Only constructive comments I want to help each other build apps that make sense, solve a problem, and gives a real, and transparent benefit for the users with a clear terms and conditions, privacy policy stating I don't sell IP2 data I want to be secure and route my Base44 app MoveFleet (twomenmovingcompany.co*) I'm not trying to attract users or subscribers I want to be clear I haven't released my app yet. I know I can publish it to Play Store and Apple iOS through Base44 direct with a "Builder" account up to "Enterprise" level. I do worry that this will be so successful so fast that my generously blessed cheap hosting my domain I subscribed to zero trust zone and get Cloudflare worker ($5/month! for a paid worker WORTH IT!) email notifications. I use Zoho for a professional email. I've already web published and no users but I'm wondering if it's only because I haven't yet built a "web presence" for my app MoveFleet. I initially thought Joe Shoen and Uhaul with the Director of Moving Help Dain Howell would see that they have the presence in the market to contract Nationwide vetted labor to make my app work better, they have the maintenance facilities already and to offer retired fleet trucks to top earning "service providers" would make their loss (I researched Uhauls financials) they bought a fleet at post COVID prices and are losing their butts writing off trucks, so leasing those and making it a requirement that service providers are responsible for all things related to the truck, registration, tags, insurance (Oxford?), everything, or they place those retired units back into the fleet in limited number and lease them on a monthly basis the same way a customer would book a box truck for a day or two. They weren't interested but named a possible big CRM provider I can't name because it's not a done deal but will be I'm in touch with executives now and am learning a LOT from some very good men..Strong men. I admire them it's unfortunate they don't want to invest in my dream because they have what it takes already to make it work but it's more risky I know it is hard right now because the Diesel Fuel crisis. Crippling for all diesel trucks but most U-Haul Trucks are not. They mostly use gasoline so. But I think they're afraid of betting on US. The hard working furniture moving companies. I know what it'll take to take a company from a few jobs to making millions or more. I also have learned I don't even need U-Haul or Moving Helper because I spoke to Express Employment a labor company contractor. And you can dispatch them and require specifications. You pay extra but surprisingly not that much extra. I need to find a reliable truck fleet financing company or grants, I tried Angel Investors and Industry Connected Angel Investors like OpenVC but I'm clueless there. I know enough to be dangerous to possible competition I get it. Photographic memory. Plus I've seen how many successful operations are run. Done bills of lading. Interstate Intrastate all that. I need to use my mind I'm wanting to work with "The Parking Club" because I love their niche service. Truck Parking rental. Genius. Secure parking right where you need it. Anyone who's doing interstate knows how important that is. Please advise….
