When using the built-in VPN, Firefox ignores my custom DOH settings, so none of my filters are in place. Instead Firefox uses "Fastly DNS" (the VPN provider. Is this expected?
I saw several bug reports, which were about the VPN not connecting with DOH configured (sorry, can't find now), but they were marked as resolved. Surely the "resolution" isn't' to disable the DOH settings?
I have set Firefox DNS setting: * Always use secure DNS with control over your provider and fallback behavior. * My nextdns profile URL: https://dns.nextdns.io/[profile-ID]/identifier-name
These seem to suggest that my DOH settings should take priority, but they do not: * https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-will-dns-work-when-using-vpn-extension *
