AdGuard replacement on iOS

I’ve been using AdGuard for the longest of time. Long term user of AdGuard Pro on iOS for a number of years. As much as it pains me to say this, AdGuard is no longer reliable on iOS for me. Even a core feature of adblocking for safari is no longer working and easily subverted by Admiral’s technology. Worse is AdGuard DNS for both native mode and also AdGuard implementation mode. It used to work perfectly fine on my phone but lately it’s been unable to block simple ads on websites like Associated Press and I can’t help but think whether is this some kind of a upsell trick to force others to consider AdGuard DNS separate subscription or not. I’m at loss for significantly deterioration of Adguard’s ability to fulfil their core features.

I considered Next DNS but I heard it’s more or less an abandonware. Until AdGuard cleans its mess up on iOS, is there a better adblocking that can fulfil Adguard’s job in terms of adblocking on safari and built in DNS? Thanks!
