I'm currently playing Blue Burst on my own newserv instance, I'm using ZeroTier to allow my friends to play without having to open up the server to the public internet. This is working perfectly fine through Zero Tier.
I also wanted to play episode three at some point using dolphin, However, I followed the stuff in the newserv documentation and I can't seem to get it to connect through ZT. Based on my understanding, the documentation says that when using the "broadband adapter HLE" in Dolphin, you just need to set the DNS to the IP address of the server, and then in the PSO Provider Settings you just set it to automatic DHCP and automatic DNS.
If you're using the HLE BBA type, set the BBA's DNS server address to newserv's IP address and it should work. (If newserv is on the same machine as Dolphin, you will need to use an Action Replay code directed at 127.0.0.1 to connect, as PSO rejects DNS queries from the same IP address.) Set PSO's network settings the same as listed below.
It's not on the same machine it's on another machine with ZeroTier so I put in the ZT IP address the 10.X.X.X one(the same one that's working correctly with the Blue Burst client)
I AM able to connect if I use the local IP address on my home network(192.168.1.X) but this means that only I can connect and I can't have my friend's dolphin instance connect through ZT. Setting the DNS in the dolphin adapter settings to the ZT address(10.X.X.X) gives me the 102 Error
So doing some searching I came across this This seems to imply that I need to set the DNS in the broadband adapter settings in Dolphin to 8.8.8.8 and then set up the DNS in the PSO Provider Settings

If you are using Dolphin, it is recommended to change the DNS server of the Broadband Adapter to 8.8.8.8, but the DNS server of the private server you want to connect to will probably work.
I'm not 100% sure what I can do differently, and if I can't use Zero Tier for this then EP3 might be a bust, So any help would be appreciated!
