Hey guys, I’m having a really weird issue with Discord and honestly can’t figure out what’s going on.
Discord was working completely fine earlier, and I haven’t changed anything in my Wi-Fi/router settings. But suddenly, the normal Discord app and website just stopped working.
I’m getting “Failed to Load” and I can’t even log in properly.
It’s also affecting my Discord bot. I normally run it through VS Code, but that’s not connecting either.
I’ve tried it on multiple devices:
– Discord app on my laptop → ❌
– Discord website → ❌
– Discord app on my phone (Wi-Fi) → ❌
– My Discord bot through VS Code → ❌
Discord Canary → ✅ works perfectly
And here’s the weird part: Canary is working on the same Wi-Fi, so my internet itself seems fine. Other websites and apps are also working normally.
I haven’t messed with DNS, proxy, firewall, or router settings, so I’m really confused about what suddenly changed.
Has anyone had something like this happen before? Is there some difference between Canary and the normal Discord client that could explain why Canary works while everything else is failing?
Any ideas would be appreciated 🙏
