Stalker / MAC setup checklist: 5 things to verify when a portal fails

Stalker portals are less standardized than M3U or Xtream, so a working account can still fail when one setup detail differs from what the server expects. Here is the checklist I use when debugging SuperPlayer reports:

1. Enter the provider's base portal URL, not a channel or playlist URL.

2. Keep the MAC address in XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX format and check for easy-to-miss 0/O typos.

3. Some providers allow only one active device or session. Fully close the previous player before testing.

4. Test once without a VPN, private relay, or restrictive DNS. Some portal servers reject those connections.

5. Never post your full URL, MAC address, username, or password publicly.
