Where domain hunters compare notes

πŸ‘‹ Welcome to r/franklymail – Introduce Yourself and Read First!

Hey, I'm u/Taniai_. I build FranklyMail, and this is the subreddit for it.

FranklyMail is email hosting on a domain you already own: one plan, $9 a year, unlimited mailboxes and unlimited domains, 10 GB pooled storage. I'm one person, so this sub is small on purpose and the answers here come from whoever can actually fix the thing.

What to post

Setup questions, DNS problems, bug reports, feature requests, and arguments about how email hosting should be priced. If something is broken or confusing, say so plainly. I'd rather read a blunt post here than find out from a churn email later.

One thing to keep out: account details. No passwords, no full headers with your addresses in them. Anything specific to your account goes to support by email, where it's private and faster.

What you'll get from me

What changed and when, in public. Answers to setup questions written here rather than in private, so the next person can search for them. And the awkward stuff too. Right now that list includes Outlook filing new domains as spam while every DNS check passes, which is reputation and takes time.

To get started

Tell me two numbers in the comments: how many domains you own, and how many of them actually have email on them. I'll go first. Then post anything you're stuck on.

Thanks for being here early.
