A technical role focused on BMS/HVAC controls, networking, connected devices, and troubleshooting. You’ll work closely with customers, internal engineering teams, and deployment teams to diagnose technical issues and provide solutions.

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in BMS, HVAC controls, building automation, or building controls

• Strong understanding of BACnet and networking

• Familiar with DHCP, DNS, VLANs, firewalls, proxies, SSL inspection, NTP, and device configuration

• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills

• Experience working directly with customers and handling escalations

• Experience with systems integrators or building automation is a plus

• Experience with IoT, low-voltage, security, AV, telecom, or building technology

• Strong understanding of low-voltage and structured cabling

• Experience coordinating contractors, installers, vendors, and field service teams

• Comfortable troubleshooting remotely and working with technical teams

• Strong project coordination and documentation skills
