Why does this pop up?

I entered the correct DNS, followed all the instructions. Heck, after trial and error it worked on my phone, with which I'm at the wifi room. But it can't seem to work for my tablet. I have ds bios, have tried leaving the secondary ds blank and the same as the primary, but this screen pops up. Any way I can fix it
