It's so annoying and I can't figure out what causes it or how to fix it- I always just go play something else for a few hours or try again the next day after a full OS reset, but this is a tedious and annoying process.
Things I've tried:
- Update Game
- Verify Files
- Rollback Driver
- Changing my DNS server to 8.8.8.8
