Hi guys I've recently started playing Roblox again back in end of June. A game that I mainly play is Blox Fruits. If you guys are not familiar with that game, let's say it's the one of the most active and possibly the #1 most played game on Roblox right now.
Let's start with the rendering issues. Blox Fruits is a game where there are lots of effects, meshes, particles and very distant terrains. I've noticed the quality looks more lower than usual. What I've noticed that really bothers me is that whenever I put my Graphic slider to 5, the render distance looks very suspiciously low for what it's supposed to be. I'll teleport to a different island in the game and the terrains and assets don't start loading in right away, rather it takes seconds for everything to load in. I've played with Graphics 5-6 on Roblox and never had these rendering distance issues ever. Even when on Graphics 10, sometimes the terrains from the distant doesn't even render. I suspected that it could have been the new NVIDIA Driver that came out back in Jul 28 that I installed and updated it. I found out it wasn't, it has to be the actual Roblox Client itself. This needs to be fixed asap, this truly is terrible for people who have high end PCS/Devices.
As far as the consistent random ping spikes this has been an on going issue. I'll have stable 30-40ms ping and randomly spike to 1k+. Highest I've spiked to was 3.5kms as of right now. I'm from the NA region, and I've been having lots of massive ping spikes at random times. I have 1 GBPS internet and an ethernet wired. I still don't understand why I have these random ping spikes either, but the weird part is it only happens on Roblox. I've tried everything to fix it by flushing and setting to cloudflare/google dns, updating all my drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling roblox client, resetting my router and modem, connecting through ethernet (still spiking with it randomly), started using Bloxstraps (both the new version and 2.9 version), looked into every network settings I know of and searched about. Nothing is literally working on my end. All I hear is people are saying that it's the client itself being the main issue, but I don't get why there is no solution to this as of yet. And no this is not just a Blox Fruits issue itself. It's literally every game I play on Roblox that has been giving me consistent random ping spikes. Games that I play are literally unplayable no matter what game I play on Roblox. I'll play on a private server and still have have random ping spikes. I've tried literally everything anyone can think of and searched for, but there's no solution on my end. Is anyone else going through this ping spike issue? Please let me know, I want to hear how you guys handle this and know about.
