2+ yrs hands-on Windows Server in production
Solid networking (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers)
SSL/TLS & PKI experience
Azure or AWS experience
Scripting (PowerShell/Python)
Nice to have: IaC (Terraform/Ansible), containers, cloud certs (AZ-104, AWS SysOps), HA/DR exposure
