Unable to connect to the internet

I have the following problem.

I have PS version 12.52 and have already jailbroken it. It was working great until a few days ago. My games and everything else are on the PS, and I was able to play.

Then I moved and got a new router. I tried to connect the PS—you need that for Vue—but it said I couldn’t establish an internet connection. On the first try, it immediately tried to download 13.something. I canceled that.

Since then, I haven't been able to connect to the internet. It doesn't matter if I use Wi-Fi or an Ethernet cable. I've tried changing the DNS settings, but it doesn't make a difference whether I use 127.0.0.2 or the other one with 62….

The test always shows that no internet connection is possible.

That’s why I wanted to download the latest version of Vue, but I can’t do that without internet. Does anyone know what I can do without losing everything?
