DNS for liberty pass

Hi! I'm trying to use the DNS exploit to get old Mystery Gifts on my Pokémon White game, played on a 3DS.

I've tried several DNS servers, but most of them just give me an error when I try to receive a Mystery Gift. The only one that actually works for me has given me two different gifts so far: Cubchoo and Audino.

The problem is that now it keeps offering me Audino over and over again, with no other gifts appearing. Obviously I'm mainly interested in the old event Pokémon, not really in getting an Audino from 2010 😂

In particular, I'm trying to get the Liberty Pass so I can obtain Victini and add it to my team. I'm wondering if there's a specific DNS/server/catalogue I should be using or if there's a way to access a different Mystery Gift pool instead of being stuck with Audino.

I've also seen people mention using an open phone hotspot for this, so I'm wondering if that is part of a different method.
