Applying for network engineering roles, 1000+ applications with zero interviews.

Hello All, I graduated in December 2025 and its been over 7 8 months since I'm applying but I'm not hearing anything, almost 0 interviews till now. What am i doing wrong and what I am missing? I'm an international student on an OPT and I'm running out of time. What can i do to improve my chances of getting interviews, any feedback and recommendation is highly appreciated. Thanks
