Cannot turn off AI Driven threat detection and allowlist not working either

I have turned off AI-Driven Threat Detection and whitelisted tb-cdn.pw. Still, the url is getting blocked by NextDNS using AI-Driven Threat Detection, which is disabled. What's wrong with NextDNS?
