• Local DNS: Synology NAS 192.168.1.10

Steps:

Beryl AX via Repeater mode to my main ASUS private Wi-Fi network

Has connection (I can see it in the ASUS wireless log), but it gets absolutely No Internet.

does not show up in the ASUS Client List

Beryl AX to my ASUS Guest Network

shows connection to Internet and everything fine

but I cannot access the web interface due to AP isolation on ASUS

current settings are mainly at defaults

• DNS Rebind Protection OFF
• Override DNS Settings for All Clients OFF
• tried setting Custom DNS 1.1.1.1 – Beryl still gets no Internet

Beryl AX connected to LAN

connected to LAN cable into the WAN port

• it can get online
• it has an IP
• I cannot access the web interface from that IP

I want to get tailscale set up on this router but it's not installed by default and help does not work: https://www.gl-inet.com/blogs/blog/access-your-glinet-router-remotely-manage-it-from-anywhere

There is no Applications > Tailscale
