Launcher Infinite Loading Help

Hey I submitted a ticket to rockstar but I've heard about support issues with them so I'm here to ask for some advice or troubleshooting options. Launcher won't load anymore just keeps loading infinitely, def not a network issue or hardware issue.

Tried flushing dns, reinstalling through Rockstar, unsyncing OneDrive and reinstalling, verifying all files, tinkering with profile files, internet settings, etc

I'll attatch my internet speeds and an image of the loading screen. Going to try some more tedious things in search of a solution. I've played through GTA4 and half of GTA5 without issue and now this is stopping my progression.
