Anyone else unable to link their Xbox account? DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

Trying to link my Xbox account so I can use my existing character/progress on PC, but every time I try, it redirects me to `sdk-os.mpsdk.easebar.com` and I get `DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN.`

I've tried linking directly through Once Human on Xbox using the QR code, and also tried signing into the mobile version using Xbox. Microsoft authentication works successfully, but both methods end up at the same dead page shown in the screenshot. I am not using a VPN.

Is anyone else getting this at the moment? Has anyone found a workaround/fix, or is this just an issue on NetEase's end?
