I build B2B lead lists and clean up messy data. The thing that makes my lists different is boring and it matters: every row carries the source URL it came from, so you can spot-check any of it yourself in minutes instead of taking my word for it.
What I do
- Verified lead lists — company, location, website, public contact, decision maker where one is actually published, source on every row
- Spreadsheet / CSV cleanup — deduplication, restructuring messy exports, consistent formatting, duplicates flagged rather than silently deleted
- PDF and scanned documents into clean, searchable, accurate text
- Web research compiled into something structured you can actually use
Mostly Python plus Excel/Google Sheets automation, so a 2,000-row job is a script and a review pass, not a week of typing.
A real example, from this week
Ten Colorado Springs property management companies, built as a free sample for someone hiring here:
- Four resolved to named decision makers — S. Todd Dorman (Employing Broker/CEO), Daniel Muldoon (Property Manager-Owner), Angela Byrne (Broker/Owner), Jennifer Powilleit (2nd-gen owner).
- Six publish no individual anywhere, and those rows say "none published" rather than carrying a plausible-looking guess.
- The site pass caught three things the source directory had wrong: a suite number that was stale, an email domain that didn't match the company's website domain, and one company with no website listed at all that I found and verified.
- One row blocks automated access, so it's marked NOT VERIFIED instead of filled in from the directory alone.
How I work
Free sample first. Real rows from your actual job, not a portfolio piece. You judge the output before any money moves.
I quote the real number, even when it's smaller. A recent client wanted 500 verified companies in one metro. After stripping duplicates, dead listings and out-of-area entries the honest count was 165, so I told him 165. Padding it would just hand him rows he'd have to re-verify himself — which is the work he was paying to hand off.
I catch my own mistakes before you do. On a recent build my categoriser mis-tagged suppliers as contractors. I caught it, rebuilt the logic, and the list went from 176 rows to 142 I'd actually stand behind. I shipped the shorter list.
Terms
- Free sample before anything is agreed
- One revision included on every fixed price
- Happy to work in milestones so you're never far ahead of the delivery
- 24–48h turnaround on most small jobs
What I won't do: sell you a bulk scrape with 40% bounce rates, invent contact names to fill columns, or promise a row count before I've checked the sources can support it.
