Windows 10 not connecting to internet

So my PC connects to Ethernet just fine

But Browsers do not work

The router works fine and the PC worked fine before

This happened after a system update

And i already tried resetting the internet, Uninstalling the update, doing the FlushDNS

Also this is Windows 10 Home with Norton Antivirus and No VPN or Proxy

Also windows is activated
