Any way to use Mullvad’s DNS blockers with my Router (Mullvad vpn configuration file) ?

I'm using a Beryl AX and installed the MY config file to use MV VPN on the router. I want to use Mullvad's DNS blockers (as done when using the app).

Is that not possible with MV on the router?
