Ps5 lets me play online games, but says I cannot connect when using apps

I’ve been trying to solve this issue and it’s infuriating. I can load into and play online games just fine, but when I want to open Spotify or YouTube it says I have issues connecting to the servers. I’ve tried basically everything—resetting the console, clearing and rebuilding my console cache, forgetting my internet and reconnecting, tampering with my DNS, resetting the router… you get the message. I don’t know what to do. Anyone have any kind of advice?
