small Vision update this week (revert, images, project names, secrets)

Here are a few interface changes that had landed! Posting them here so people are not hunting around:

• Revert. if a prompt goes sideways you can reverse the last change without waiting on anyone.
• Image upload. you can drop a screenshot into the chat and it can actually use it. this was broken before.
• Rename projects. useful once you have a playground and a live app sitting next to each other with the same name.
• Secrets. env vars are under Project settings → Secrets. there is a [dev] set and a [prod] set. edit the one you mean.
• Preview is still not publish. bigger apps can take a few minutes to show on the live domain after you ship.

if something still looks off after a refresh, say which screen. we will keep fixing the small stuff.
