Upgrade to 1440 playing modern titles on a budget

Hello. The specs of the pc I have are in the picture. I want to upgrade with used parts to keep this as budget friendly as possible. I’d like to play triple A games at min 1080 to max 1440. I’m looking for recommendations as I’m new to pc gaming. My goal is being able to run ps3 and switch emulators as well as run titles like re4 or 9, Wukong, souls games. I’m also interested in making a let’s play channel at some point hopefully that’s possible to pull off. Budget is a few hundred bucks to about 6 max.
