Mission Mew: The Race against time.

I’ve always wanted a legit shiny Mew. I don’t have a ton of experience shiny hunting but I’m willing to put it the effort before Bank shuts down in February. I think my best chance will be shiny hunting in Emerald, but I’m posting to get more insight on how exactly I can pull this off. Here’s my hardware:
– Ds Lite
– New 3DSXL (modded)
– Switch 2
– iPhone 15
– PC
Games:
– Pearl
– Black
– White 2
– All Switch games minus LGPE

I’m assuming the easiest option is to emulate JP Emerald and use the DNS trick to trade it over to something legit, then transfer forward. What should I do?

EDIT**: I’m talking about most likely injecting the Old Sea Map of necessary, ORRR rng manip. Lmk yall’s thoughts.
