Strange Device Compromises – Ongoing

I’m not sure what’s going on but my personally built custom PC was having issues. I had a recent cybersecurity issue where multiple devices got compromised. It’s going to sound strange but I couldn’t seem to get a clean device so I purchased brand new laptop to get the issue resolved.

But every new device I plugged in to set up kept showing strange behaviors. I’d buy a windows home laptop and it would exhibit the same behaviors. One windows surface laptop I tried to set up oobe with no internet and it auto connected to a hidden network that was unsecured.

All the devices, Hyper v is enabled and running, same with bitlocker (even tho I had no access) A bunch of folders appeared in my drives. I noticed I didn’t have admin rights to remove them. I found some back door admin accounts being created in system logs. When I found them it said I had no authorization even tho I was a local admin.

Now getting my custom pc back up, I freshly installed windows from a usb that I purchased at the store. Same issues. I bought a new ssd to install and freshly installed with no internet. Found an app called predator on it and it had mdm diagnostics folder even tho this is a personal pc I built. Dns settings looked odd and we’re not set by me. See attached for screenshots.
