Error 35 Status -1

I've been having this issue for several days now. Cannot play the game at all. One day it just randomly happened.

I did check the other post for fixes, but so far I still haven't find the solution.

Does anyone have the same problem and/or know how to fix this?

Also, another problem where the intro is unable to be skipped happened at the same time as this problem. (I just addressed this problem with this Launch Option in Steam: "+connect_lobby 000")

• So far, to address the error 35 problem, I have tried;
  • Restart computer
  • Verify game file
  • Redownload the game
  • Switch from Eternet to WIFI
  • Flush DNS with CMD (From this post)
  • Resync System Clock
