Couldn’t find this music through Shazam or Google, the video attached has the recording of the song through my phone theres no vocals just music tune, need some help

I heard this from somewhere, there is absolutely no mention of artist, bgm names, etc but I really liked the music, I couldn't find it anywhere through song finder apps, can someone help me get the name of the music, would really appreciate
