4 years in IT how do I break into big Tech or higher paying engineering roles please help

Resume critics, professionals, recruiters what are your thoughts on my resume.

Quick background, 4 years in IT, currently working in hybrid infrastructure at an MSP. Looking to move into Cloud/Infrastructure Engineering roles. Not getting as many interviews as expected. What would you change about my resume?
