Is anyone else in India experiencing issues accessing IONOS websites or websites hosted on IONOS servers?
Since yesterday, I’m completely unable to access IONOS-related websites from India. More importantly, websites hosted on IONOS servers are also not opening.
I’ve tested from multiple Indian ISPs, and the issue appears to be consistent across them. This doesn't seem to be limited to a single domain or a single internet provider.
What I'm seeing:
IONOS websites/domains don't load from India.
Websites hosted on IONOS servers also don't load.
The issue occurs across multiple Indian ISPs.
Everything was working normally before this started.
The outage has been ongoing since yesterday.
This is pretty serious if you're hosting production websites on IONOS and have users in India.
Is anyone else facing the same issue?
If you're in India and using IONOS, please share your ISP and whether your IONOS-hosted websites are accessible.
I’m trying to determine whether this is an IONOS routing/network issue, DNS issue, or some kind of connectivity problem between Indian ISPs and IONOS.
