Unable to download stem separation extension in Linux

Of all of the other hoops I've had to jump through to get DJ.Studio working in Linux, this one was too high. Using a separate Wine container to run this application. I was wondering if anyone also had this problem (AND solved it). There seem to be no permission errors, no proxy or DNS, either. This one thing just doesn't work.
I'm using Pop! OS 24.04 LTS due to the built-in GPU support making my life easier. (GTX 1060 mobile on Acer Predator Laptop).
