Has EOW ever made so desperate to do something stupid

Im just wondering cause this is such a stupid position to be in I heal 1 HP every turn I take 7 bleed damage(10bleed -30% bleed resistance) and regen 8 I gained 200+ from doing this over and over again and thank god I did cause I was not risking fighting Colossus of annihilation with less than full health atleast I finally beat him.

Also can you rate my build im kinda new it's my First week playing. If I could change it I would have taken radiance over cultivation for the +2 priority and swiftness(finesse Evo)/Haste. For my last slot
