Used PS5 need advice on jailbreak with 13.6 firmware

I recently purchased a PS5 with firmware 13.6.
I changed the dns and the jailbreak worked fine.
I turned off automatic update but had questions.
How do I safely delete the old users data,and add my account without having a forced update from Sony.
Will adding myself as a user force me to connect to Sonys site and have an update forced on my system.
