Ethernet won’t talk to my PC

Hello everyone-
I’m moving my PC into my office from it being in a different part of my house, and the new office has an Ethernet port.
However, no matter what I do, my dang PC can’t connect to the internet with it. I’m typing on my tablet right now.
Our wi fi is working on all other devices, my PC can see the cable, but it just wont connect to the network.
Things I have tried:
-rebooting my PC and the modem
-unplugging the cable and switching it for a different one
-enabling and disabling the ethernet port
-“Reset TCP IP Winsock DHCP and DNS” – tbh I don’t really know what this one was, but I’ve been checking articles on how to fix this. I’ve attached the message I got from command prompt
-I’ve tried restarting the Ethernet from PowerShell, but I keep getting the error message I’ve attached

It’s not a wi fi problem, so Xfinity won’t be of any help (not that they often are), and I’m not in a financial place where shelling out $300 for a tech to do a house call is an option. My last resort will just be to get another wi fi adapter for my PC, because I can’t fucking find the one I’ve been using for years.
Any help would be greatly appreciated while I continue to pull my hair out over this,
