Dashboarr 1.19: AdGuard Home, Maintainerr, .torrent files, web shortcuts and a backend web UI

Hi everyone! Dashboarr 1.19 is out: 1.19.0 on Google Play and 1.19.1 on the App Store. Both have the same features; the iOS build adds a fix so the app launches on iOS / iPadOS 27.

New integrations

  • AdGuard Home: status, stats, live query log, local DNS rewrites (add / delete), and pausing protection for a set time, which switches back on by itself. Dashboard widgets included. Thanks to @harshal-99 for this one.
  • Maintainerr: a new tab with media scheduled for cleanup, your collections, their item counts and retention rules. Thanks to @thejdubb02!

New features

  • Add local .torrent files: an "Upload .torrent File" button on the Downloads add card, and Dashboarr now shows up in "Open in" / "Open with" for .torrent files on iOS and Android. Works with qBittorrent, Transmission, Deluge and rTorrent, and qBittorrent categories still apply.
  • Web shortcuts widget: a grid of your own links (name, icon, colour) that open in the in-app browser. Manage them in Settings > Shortcuts, and pick all or some of them per widget.
  • "Requested by" on movie and series pages: if you use Seerr, Radarr and Sonarr detail pages now show who requested the title and when, with a 4K badge where it applies.
  • unRAID per-disk read / write activity: live R / W rates on every disk row, taken from Glances. Pair a Glances instance under "Disk activity" in the unRAID instance editor to turn it on.
  • Stream Activity widget: Tautulli and Tracearr can each be switched off, so streams stop showing up twice when both watch the same Plex server.
  • Add dialog remembers your last choice: quality profile, root folder, tags and "Start search on add" are remembered per Radarr / Sonarr instance, the way the Radarr web UI does it.

Backend 1.8.0 (optional)

If you run the companion backend, update to 1.8.0 for:

  • Web status page: set WEB_UI_PASSWORD to see synced instances, their health, paired devices and recent webhooks. It never shows API keys, passwords or raw webhook payloads.
  • Encrypted config backup: the app can keep a passphrase-encrypted backup of its config on your backend and restore it on a new phone after pairing.
  • Config editor in the browser: unlock a backup with its passphrase, edit instances and notification settings from your computer, then apply the changes on your phone. Decryption happens in the browser, and the server only ever stores the encrypted backup.

Fixes

  • Several dashboards (one per house, say): instances now use their own dashboard's home WiFi to pick local or remote. Before, the other house's instances were tried on their local URL and showed "Authentication failed".
  • Calendar: the "New Season" tag no longer cuts off the episode title.
