My Experience with Jersey-Go – A Few Things Worth Knowing

I've bought from this seller repeatedly and decided to share my own non-bias experience, I've seen many positive reviews and also some bad reviews. This does not mean your experience will be the same, but it is what you'll most likely received, as addressed by me and many others in the sub.

Pricing & Customization

Prices are around what you’d expect, but namesets and sleeve patches are included, including custom names and numbers. They also have cheaper/vintage options and a jersey finder if you’re looking for something that isn’t listed.

QC

This is probably where they stand out the most for me. Their QC is miles better than what I’ve seen from most other jersey sellers.

You can get proper QC pictures before the shirt is shipped, so you can actually check the nameset, patches, crest and general condition rather than basically waiting until the package arrives and hoping everything is right.

There is a review/sharing requirement connected to the free QC, and after completing it you can also get a coupon. I think that’s worth mentioning clearly so people know how it works beforehand.

After-Sales

I heard if the package is lost or damaged they send a replacement or issue refunds, ths applies for wrong patches, name sets, etc. I have not tried this myself since I've never had anything wrong with my orders.

Customer Service

They have Discord, WhatsApp and email, but Discord is probably the most useful. You can ask questions, sort out QC and send pictures directly if there’s a problem with an order. I opened a ticket on discord for a specific patch and they delivered with no issues.

Ordering

You can order normally through their website or use their Yupoo with an agent if that’s how you prefer buying jerseys. Their listings also use actual pictures and close-ups, which makes it easier to check details before ordering.

Overall

The biggest difference for me is definitely the QC. Plenty of sellers have similar shirts and similar prices, but being able to properly see what you’re getting before it ships is a big advantage, and Jersey-Go’s QC is miles ahead of what I’ve seen from a lot of other sellers.

Add in the free namesets/patches, Jersey Finder and the fact that there’s a proper after-sales process if something goes wrong, and there are some genuine reasons to consider them over just picking whichever seller is a couple of dollars cheaper.
