I have Adguard Home on my homelab, and I'd like to use it as an upstream DNS for all devices connected to Pangolin VPN (via client). On my Windows PC, I tick Enable Aliases and DNS Over Tunnel. Here, I'm suppose to give my homelab IP inside Pangolin VPN (and not its alias). But I can't figure out a clean way to do this : I may miss it but the IP doesn't show up in Pangolin dashboard.
The only workaround that I found : ping homelab.internal from the terminal, and it prints the IP. Then I can use this IP for my upstream DNS and it works. But they should be a cleaner way, what am I missing ?
EDIT : I accidentally found it myself. There is a small menu where you can tick Alias Address, in the web UI. It was unticked by default for me. I think the IP shoud up when you open the Edit page of a private ressource. You can see the alias there already, so why not the IP ?
