Extremely slow network speeds when using kstuff/shadowmount+ over both ethernet and wifi

EDIT: After doing y2jb, not running ANY payloads at all my network maxed out at 5Mbps when before that my speedtest was 500+. Then ran kstuff and shadowmount+ and it became even slower at 1Mbps

My network speeds become extremely slow after loading these payloads (and nothing else) over both ethernet and wifi. I tried not using nanodns and set the ps5 to cloudfare DNS. My internet is usually ~400Mbps, speedtests on the ps5 are often below 1MB/s and even local transfers over FTP or ps5upload are extremely slow, maxing out at about 2MB/s, but often around 1.

I'm using fw 11.60 on my original PS5 with Y2JB currently but had this issue when using the webkit JB too.
