I wanted a quick way to see which programs were opening network connections without jumping between several tools, so I built Netpulse.
It’s an open-source Linux terminal app that lets you:
- See active TCP/UDP sockets and their owning processes.
- Inspect remote addresses, network owners, and latency.
- Watch DNS activity and overall upload/download speeds.
- Filter connections by process, address, or other details.
- Terminate the owning process with a confirmation dialog, using graceful termination or force kill.

If you find it useful, a star would be appreciated. Would love to hear your feedback!
