Hi. My 5 year old lg tv is having weird issue. Everytime i turn it on the date and time is reseted. Doesnt automatically detects it from internet. And internet doesnt work till i manually put address.
I am using pihole with ubound for DNS. Technician told me over call, it could be dns issue.
I have another lg tv which is only 1 year old, and doesnt give this issue.
Anyone can tell me which domain/site i should add to whitelist in pihole for date and time to check if it really is dns issue?
EDIT: fixed it by whitelisting in.nextlgsdp.com in pihole and now my c1 gets date time correctly.
Took some time and lots of tv restart soft and hard for checking which blocked domain is giving issue but its resolved now.
Even checkwd it after complete poweroff and 30 second power button holding and working.
