Router protection only covers your home Wi-Fi. The moment a phone switches to mobile data, or a laptop joins a café or school network, it’s using someone else’s DNS. Here’s how to keep DNSAFE on it everywhere.
Start here: Home: my.dnsafe.net → Devices → Add a phone, tablet or laptop. Business: portal → your network → Roaming devices. Each device gets its own setup:
- iPhone, iPad and Mac: a profile you install from a link (Settings → General → VPN & Device Management on iPhone)
- Android: the Private DNS setting, under Settings → Network & internet
- Windows, Chromebook and other laptops: the browser’s or system’s secure DNS setting, with the link from your dashboard
The setup page walks you through each one step by step.
Plan note: the free plan covers one connection in total, so a phone counts as your one. Personal covers 5, and Family is unlimited.
Which device gave you trouble? Tell us below (no IPs or account details).
