Why am i not getting callbacks? I’ve applied to a lot of companies and no luck.

At this point im feeling very down. I've been enthusiastic about CS since a very young age, and, i love tinkering and doing projects. But in the current economy, idk if its my issue or the market, im not able to get any callbacks at all. I've got 2 interests, mainly devops/sysadmin and also backend development, and ive got 2 resumes hence(one for each role). could ya'll say whats wrong? If anyone finds this resume okey, and would like to give me a referral I'll gladly take one as well.
